Refund & Rescheduling Policy
Refunds: ALL purchases are final and nonrefundable. No exceptions.
Rescheduling: Players may reschedule their escape room experience up until twelve hours before their scheduled time. This excludes all private parties. Rescheduling can be done through our online booking system or via email Play@BKescape.com.
Any player who does not arrive on time will still be allowed to play, but their game time will be shortened as to not interfere with other game times.
Any player who is a “no-show” or does not reschedule within designated time, will forfeit their ticket and will not be able to reschedule.
All players under the age of 18 must have a signed waiver by a parent or guardian and be accompanied by an adult player during their escape experience.
All persons in the room must be paying players, this includes children of any age, adult chaperones, and/or spectators.
Due to the nature of escape rooms being geared toward adults, if any player is under 14 years of age, you must reserve the entire room for a private game. If you have any questions about this policy, please email us.
